1-Year Limited Warranty

MaxPlay Integrated Payment Solutions

MaxPlay Integrated Payment Solutions warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from MaxPlay Integrated Payment Solutions or an authorized distributor.


Warranty Coverage

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, MaxPlay Integrated Payment Solutions may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a replacement unit of equal or comparable value

Warranty Conditions

  • Installed and operated under normal conditions
  • Used in accordance with intended application
  • Not modified or altered without authorization

Warranty Exclusions

  • Improper installation or wiring
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Electrical damage including over-voltage or incorrect power connections
  • Physical damage, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty Service

To request warranty service, customers must contact MaxPlay Integrated Payment Solutions to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returned products may be inspected and tested to verify the reported issue.

Customers are responsible for shipping products to MaxPlay Integrated Payment Solutions for warranty evaluation. If a defect is confirmed under warranty, replacement or repaired units will be returned at our expense.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxPlay Integrated Payment Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
