MaxPlay Integrated Payment Solutions strives to provide reliable, professional hardware for the arcade and amusement industry. If an issue arises with your order, please review the following return and refund guidelines.


Return Authorization Required (RMA)

All returns must be approved in advance.

Customers must contact MaxPlay Integrated Payment Solutions to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any product back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in original condition and include all accessories, documentation, and packaging.

Items returned damaged, modified, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, which reflects common industry practice for electronic hardware products.

Restocking fees may be waived at our discretion depending on the reason for the return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products that have been modified or altered

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Special order or custom products

  • Products returned without an RMA authorization


Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or fails under normal operating conditions, please contact us for troubleshooting and support.

If a defect is confirmed, we may offer one of the following:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

The resolution will be determined at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Inspection and Processing

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the returned product is received.
